OUR STORY

Thrive is a Portland, Oregon based design business specializing in the aesthetic marketing fields of retail merchandising display and graphic print art. We also offer residential and business interior decor and color consulting. We honor and promote sustainability and environmental integrity in all our works. We take great pride in making services available on sliding scales in order to have the opportunity to work with all sides of the Portland community and business worlds.Past projects have included contract jobs across the United States and have ranged from starter homes and new businesses to multi-million dollar condominiums, national print ads, DVD covers, catalogs and trade show booths. ABOUT THE LAUGHING GIRLThrive was established in early 2004, by artist Greta Gohn. Greta was raised surrounded by the spirit of community in a small, arts-centric town on the Olympic Peninsula in Western Washington. She spent her college years drinking far too much coffee, immersed in the fields of theatre and design, in a quiet liberal arts college outside of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2002, she relocated back to the Pacific Northwest and has been happy to call Portland her home ever since. Working with an extensive background in design, retail merchandising and visual arts, Greta has loved every moment of helping people to enhance and enliven their homes and businesses.
